Literature Pockets, Caldecott Winners

Extend literature's connection with the art and writing activities in Literature Pockets. Books contain content-specific reading, writing and art projects. Projects are displayed in easy-to-make paper pockets, creating a comprehensive portfolio. Students will have fun completing their literature portfolios while they increase their understanding of the literature or genre being presented. Each pocket comes with a reproducible label for each pocket, complete teacher directions for all activities, all needed patterns and photographs of the completed projects. The completed projects are an authentic assessment of what each student has learned.
