Powder Paint (1 lb)

A powder paint that is inexpensive and provides top quality.  To create paint:  mix one part water and one part powder paint.  For lighter shades, add white and increase the amount of water.  Each one pound jar of Sargent Art Powder Paint makes approximately a half gallon of paint.    Excellent for long term, year-to-year storage.  Non-Toxic.  1 lb jars.  Ages 3+.
