It's hard to believe that the concept behind the colorful Yesterboard journal actually began more than 25 years ago as a small family book manufacturing business whose office was also the laundry room! On a whim, the owner came up with the crazy idea to glue interesting art prints to old book covers and sell them. Needless to say, the "new" product was an instant success, created a wonderful opportunity and led to the company known today as Legacy Publishing. Yesterboard journals are, indeed, made from reclaimed book covers but they now boast specially laminated covers featuring artwork from some of American's most loved artists. The inside of the journal is as pretty as the outside, too, with handsome linen embossed endpapers printed in full color; the front endpaper even has a "belongs to" block which adds to the overall vintage look and feel of the journal. The journal's 192 lined pages are sewn together (not glued), which not only makes it more durable but also allows the journal to open completely flat for ease of writing. And, to top it all off, Yesterboard journals are made in the USA. Once again, Legacy has thought of everything! Over the past 20 years Legacy Publishing Group has grown to be a successful and trusted gift company whose products are sold throughout the United States and around the world.
